        Consulting:   Consulting services are arranged on a contract basis for a minimum of one (1) year.  The scope of this service is very broad to the effect that it can include such things as assistance with rentals (not be to confused with actually providing rental service), tenant/landlord relations, questions regarding leases, preparation of leases and other necessary documents, and assistance with evictions.
