Eviction Assistance: There are two (2) basic types of evictions which can be instituted against a tenant: Nonpayment of Rent and Termination of Tenancy. Of course there are others such as for breach of a lease or rental agreement, illegal activity on or in the premises, to name a few. Each situation is different. We can help you with your situation as best we can, and legally.
(1) Nonpayment of Rent: Basic duties include assisting the property owner in completing (filling in the blanks) the Five-Day Demand Letter, collecting and keeping an accounting of monies received from the tenant(s) and assisting the property owner in completing (filling in the blanks) the necessary eviction complaint and summons.
(2) Termination of Tenancy: Basic
