Landmark Property Management, LLC (“Landmark”) is centrally located in Rhode Island thereby giving it the ability to cover most of the cities and towns in Rhode Island. This advantage is passed on to its customers by being able to offer lower fees in comparison to its competitors.
Landmark has a very good relationship with several other rental agencies and property management companies in Rhode Island. Such a relationship allows them to provide a vast number of prospective tenants for property owners as well as allowing them to pass along and receive ideas and assistance in connection with other services that Landmark offers, such as property management. In the case of an apartment rental, this relationship gives property owners prospective tenants that they may not normally receive solely from the local newspaper or rental agency in the vicinity of the available apartment.
Landmark has been working with residential rentals for several years, which experience includes residential condominiums, houses, apartments, multi-family complexes, and Section 8.
Landmark provides a variety of services, and considering that Landmark is a small company, it can customize its services to fit each customer’s needs. HANDY PERSON (ON CALL)--Landmark Property Management, LLC is looking for an on-call handy person who can do a variety of repairs and decorating (i.e., painting), cleaning, and any other small needed duties. Must have own tools and transportation. This is not a salaried position. Payment will be made based on the amount of time worked at a fixed hourly rate.
