        Property Management:   There are two types of property management that is offered, long term and short term.  The general duties for each are basically the same.  The length of the long and short term can vary depending on the need of the property owner.

        General duties include rent collection, various requested accounting procedures, periodic property inspections, emergency maintenance service, general cleaning and upkeep of the property, supervision of contractors, initiating necessary evictions, leasing vacant units, and other reasonable duties as may be requested and/or deemed necessary.

        The fee for property management is billed monthly.  In the case where there is not complete management of the property, a reasonable negotiated fee will be applied depending on the specific duties required by the property owner.  To find out more about this service or any other, please feel free to contact us.
