        Title Run Downs: Title run down services are arranged on a request basis, therefore, no contract is needed to perform such services.  General duties include, obtaining the name of any past owner(s) of a specific property, the name and address of the current owner(s) of a specific property, the value of a specific property as assessed by the Tax Assessor of the city/town where the specific property is situated, and the date of purchase by the current owner(s).  Specific duties will be set forth between Landmark and the requesting person.  At the option of the requesting person, obtaining copies of particular documents recorded on the specific property, if any, can also be done.

 

        The fee for a title run-down varies depending on the requirements of the requesting party and the location of the specific property.  The fee will include all costs incurred for such service and are billed at completion.
